Meet Heather

About me

I’m a parent of four children and have lived experience with adoption, sharing this journey with my husband of 25 years. I find balance and joy in walking, exploring nature, and listening to music. Spending time with our two dogs, Lucy and Barbara, adds a special source of happiness and comfort to my day.

I cannot recommend Heather enough! She has provided the compassionate support and expert guidance I desperately need. Heather creates a safe and welcoming space where I feel heard and understood.

Her empathetic approach and deep understanding of the issues I face regularly is evident. Heather has helped me navigate my emotions and provides me with suggestions on how to keep moving forward. She checks in and goes above and beyond. She shows me that in doing the work, I'm empowering myself.

What stands out the most about Heather is her genuine care and dedication. Thanks to her, I have gained a deeper understanding of myself and developed resilience that I didn't know I had.
