Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) with a Master's degree in Counselling Psychology
Undergraduate degree in Music therapy
Bringing over 24 years of dedicated service to the therapy field
Personal and professional experience with adoption and the effects of trauma
20 years professional experience with issues of aging, anticipatory loss and end of life care
Special interest in women's issues, particularly perimenopause/menopause and related life changes
About me
About me
I’m a parent of four children and have lived experience with adoption, sharing this journey with my husband of 25 years. I find balance and joy in walking, exploring nature, and listening to music. Spending time with our two dogs, Lucy and Barbara, adds a special source of happiness and comfort to my day.
